Clarifications

Throughout this page certain terms will be used. This section outlines what these mean. The phrases “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to SAS Creative while “You” refers to the user.

Forms

When visitors submit forms on the site we collect the data shown in the submission form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. This collected data may be used by SAS Creative and its employees to contact the user based on what information was submitted during said forms. The collected information may include (but is not limited to) name, phone number and email address. The collected information will be stored for the duration of the users contact with SAS Creative and may remain in our possession indefinitely. 

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitors submitted information may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Visitors submissions may also be sent to hello@sascreative.info or other alternative email that represents SAS Creative
