About us

Set up in 2017 by Sophie who had both recognised and experienced the impact that Social Media has across the world. She had worked as an Executive P.A within Simplyhealth and later, AXA PPP for 9 years, during which time companies had just started to experiment with using Social Media as a business tool. Due to Sophie’s flair for writing and communication, she not only led the internal communication for the department but she was offered a position to assist the marketing team with the management of their Social Media channels. After being made redundant a few years later, she wanted to continue her passion for communication, people engagement, and the social media industry in general, so set out to offer a service to others that wished to outsmart, rather than outspend their competitors.

The majority of our business is word-of-mouth referrals and clients tend to stick with us (our average length of stay is 4 years – and increasing!) We have grown a small team of experts who each bring a “professional with personality” approach to their work as we have grown to not just be experts in the Social Media field but also in other areas of marketing such as SEO, websites, blog creation, Google My Business, logo, branding and other design services plus also print, photography and filming packages, including drones.

We are based in Bristol but cover the length and breadth of the UK. We have worked with a variety of industries ranging from hospitality to HR departments within large businesses, Legal firms to insurance companies.

We are honest, trustworthy, and put things in simple terms – we don’t try to impress with unnecessary jargon and we also don’t go straight in with 12-month contracts when it comes to our SEO and/or Social Media assistance.

If we believe we can help your business, all we ask for is an initial 3-month period sign-up so that you can see the results for yourselves.

We then work on a rolling month-by-month contract with a one-month notice period.
